3 Ways To See More Results From Your Workouts

It’s hard enough to work out consistently, but once you get in the groove you can also easily get into a rut. Exercise becomes something you do to check off the list. You walk out of the workout and say to yourself, “Okay. Glad that’s done, now on to the next thing." But did you have an awesome workout? Did you create change in your body?

Answer these questions:

  • Do you feel like you should see more physical results from your workout?

  • Do you feel like you can’t get to that next level of fitness?

  • Do you feel like you are stuck in the motion of the movement but aren’t really inspired by what you are doing?

  • Are you bored and finding yourself checking the clock to see how much longer you have to suffer through the workout?

If the answer is yes to any of these questions, then you are in an exercise rut. The answer is not always to simply just "switch it up."
