ARE YOU OUR NEWEST HEALTH COACH?

We’re looking for the obvious but the rare to find: extremely passionate, spiritual, ethical, trustworthy, smart as a whip, hardworking, get shit done attitude, natural coaching ability, a great vibe that matches the team, and views that align with Nutritional Wisdom's teachings.

There are three fundamental skills the ideal coach would have: a strong education in nutrition (including functional medicine principles around hormones, autoimmune, inflammation, detoxification, and gut microbiome), self development and spiritual life coaching, and understanding psychology of the mind (the inner narrative and why we do what we do). This is not simply just a health coaching position, we provide coaching for wellness of the mind, body and spirit. I'm honored to teach you but this position is not entry level and unless you have a firm grasp on all three components the position won't be a good fit.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR HEALTH COACH

• Four-year college degree and/or certification in holistic nutrition or related field

Note: You need to have been trained in holistic/functional nutrition. RD or Dietician does not apply.

• Coaching experience for at least one year (professional, paying clients)
• We will not be accepting anyone fresh out of school.
• Please submit a client success story (from one of your clients) who you helped heal a physical challenge or achieve a physical goal.
• Full-time commitment
• Willing to learn the Nutritional Wisdom curriculum of teachings and become a Nutritional Wisdom coach, not just “rent a room”! We're expanding our team and want to keep the brand consistent.
• Deep self-development/spiritual practice to the point where they feel comfortable coaching others regarding this realm of health (mental, emotional, spiritual).
• Please submit a client success story (from one of your clients) who you helped in a deep mental, emotional or spiritual capacity.
• *This job can be permanently remote and you do not need to live in Austin to apply

• Base pay, whether or not your calendar fills right away (you'd be contributing to project work with any open time) with a commission-based structure based on gross income. This role comes with paid time off and qualifies to contribute to a 401(k) after the first year. The pay range is $50-80k the first year depending on experience with yearly growth opportunities.
