When it comes to how we "should" eat, everyone has an opinion.
Some think you should eat 80 bananas a day (no really, I can't make this up), while others feel that the carnivore diet has changed their lives.
One of the fastest growing trends, the "Anti Diet" movement, has a foundation based on beliefs that I agree with; loving yourself and acknowledging where you are today.
