Quick: what did you just think of? What was the obstacle, relationship, situation that just popped in your head? What was the one before that, and even before that?

We are served the same lessons over and over and over again until we learn, and truly grow into the most evolved, conscious, kind and grateful version of ourselves.

Yeah, re-read that one.
