I’m not big on having you take a crazy amount of supplements, but you’re probably taking at least a few. You have always been able to order from my online store or pop into the office if you’re local to Austin. But let’s be honest, it’s somewhat a pain in the ass and why not buy everything you own on Amazon, where you can buy fish oil and Q-Tips at the same time.

I’ve explained before that the supplements I recommend require a doctor or practitioner’s license - many times they are sold online through someone who is not authorized, or is selling expired product.

But again, that Amazon button is just too appealing.

This Week’s Meal Prep

Moroccan Tagine Style Chicken Thighs Over Cauliflower Rice - You need a crockpot for this one. (Cauliflower Rice Recipe can be found here.)

Chimichurri Steak on the Grill with Grilled Romaine Hearts and Grilled Onions - No recipe here, simply Google how to grill a steak. Drizzle the onions and romaine with coconut oil and throw them on the grill after you season it with salt and pepper. Whenever you buy a cut of meat from the grocer, ask the person at the counter if there is a marinade in the back they can throw on for you. Men, it helps to show a little (hairy) leg. I was going to make the chimichurri from scratch but then he had some in the back and saved me 10 minutes. Instead, I made a Creamy Maple Mustard dressing to put over the romaine and it took me 3 minutes.

Veggie Coconut Curry Noodle Bowl with Buckwheat Noodles (vegan) - I adapted the recipe from Pinch of Yum.

Chili Lime Fish Tacos with Peach Salsa - no real recipe here, just Googled peach salsa and pan cooked the fish with a fish taco seasoning packet (because I’m classy). I cut up purple cabbage and made a spicy aioli, which is a fancy word for mayo and something else mixed in (sriracha is my go to).
